Physical release and collector’s box
There were no physical editions at launch. The 2027 PS5 plans cover Standard, Deluxe and Ultimate, with the Ultimate steel case the only specific physical-edition extra verified here. Do not treat the year as an exact shipping date.
The FAQ separately records a ¥1,199 China Collector’s Box limited to 20,000 units. It does not establish the box’s full contents, current stock or a relationship to the planned Ultimate edition. A collector’s-box listing should not be assumed to include the same items as a future PS5 disc package.
